its actually quite easy you have someone be white call them standby everyone into a blue screen (host needs to do it one easy way is if you have a router you pull the source for the router out cause the xbox cannot detect it soon everyone assuming the host did it will go into blue screen) while your in blue screen (keep pluggin and unplugging as you will lag out if you leave it unplugged for aabout 15 to 20 seconds) he/she joins while it is in blue screen since host is not connected if you join at right phase i think its reconnecting then you will not be correctly connected and since he was white and noone else was he just looked like a ghost why do you think it waited for him the thing to fall..if it was a killer ghost you think it would go through walls also...
