I saw no skill here whatsoever, most of the video is SWAT carbines which I can do just as good in and I've only been playing a few months. It's a simple matter of aiming for the head. You also killed alot of your teammates in that Warlock game, don't throw a grenade when your teammate is right beside an enemy shooting him. If your teammate dies then throw it.
